About the Current Prototype

Right now, the prototype is working and there is a first version of the template available for download (see below). I will release a full video tutorial soon.

Recommended age: 9 years and older

Skill level electronics: easy

Skill level paper crafting: medium

Time needed: 2 hours

Estimated costs per project: about 10 Euro or Dollar

Materials Needed

  • the printed template

  • a geared solar motor

  • one or two CR2032 button cells

  • conductive tape

  • thin strong cardboard

  • paper glue and hot glue

  • toothpicks

  • a binder clip

  • a paper clip

  • markers (to color your chameleon)
